Treasure, a 3-year-old female short hair black tabby, is independent and playful, according to officials at the Allegany County Animal Shelter. The cat is current on vaccinations and has been spayed and microchipped. The shelter is located at 716 Furnace St., Cumberland. Adoption hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday from
