— Bandit, a male 2-year-old black Labrador retriever, is up to date on vaccinations. He is friendly, loves people and would do well in an active environment, according to officials at the Allegany County Animal Shelter. The shelter is located at 716 Furnace St., Cumberland. Adoption hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.; and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
