Carl, Yvonne Robbins mark 50th anniversary

— FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — Carl and Yvonne Robbins of Fort Walton Beach celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 16. They were married on May 16, 1959, in Oldtown, Md.
Mr. Robbins is the son of Carl C. and Mae Robbins, Cumberland. He is a 1956 graduate of Fort Hill High School and after attending Potomac State College he served in the U.S. Army in Alaska. He was employed by Columbia Energy in Wheeling, W.Va., retiring in 1996.
Mrs. Robbins is the daughter of Edward and Estella Taschenberg, Spring Gap. She graduated from Oldtown High School and was employed at the Ohio Valley Medical Center.
They now reside in Fort Walton Beach.
The couple has one son, Jonathan, also of Fort Walton Beach.
