Weavers celebrate anniversary

— CUMBERLAND — Jeff and Cheryl Weaver recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a surprise reception hosted by their children. The reception took place in the fellowship hall of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, with 75 family members and friends present. The buffet and cake were catered by Shelby Gable and photos of the event were captured by Jean Hale, a longtime family friend.
The celebration included a Power Point presentation designed by the couple’s children and depicting Jeff’s and Cheryl’s lives from childhood to present.
The couple would like to acknowledge their appreciation to their family who assisted and showed support for their children while planning the celebration.
The couple was married on May 6, 1983, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Cumberland. They are the proud parents of two children, Jenessa Lee and Jeffrey Allen, both of Cumberland.
Jeff is employed as a machine operator with Schroeder Industries. Cheryl is employed by Wolff Orthopedics as an office manager.
The couple would like to thank everyone who attended and also a special thank you to their children who worked to ensure a perfect day.
