More than 120 people came out for Frostburg State University’s Chinese New Year celebration Jan. 31, which included a potluck dinner featuring authentic dishes prepared by local Chinese families, a gift-giving exchange and several musical performances by Chinese students. During the gift exchange, people had the option to open new presents or steal coveted gifts from other participants.
