Ishler leads Legion past Greg’s Auto

CUMBERLAND — FROSTBURG — Brett Ishler led Frostburg Legion with three hits in a 10-4 win over Greg’s Auto Body in Frostburg on Friday.

Michael Livingston raked in two doubles and Devin Dinicola chipped in a double.

Greg’s Auto had just two hits, both singles by Tristen Tressler.

Frostburg Legion (3-1-1) plays Madigan’s Auto Sales on Wednesday at Broadford Park beginning at 7 p.m.

OAKLAND — Ross Conley and Brady Lechliter combined to one-hit Madigan’s Auto in the Fort Ashby Lions win Thursday at Broadford Park.

Conley pitched four no-hit innings striking out eight and Lechliter finisehd the game allowing a double to Madigan Auto’s L. Hinebaugh while striking out three.

Troy Mumma and Grant Clayton each led the Lions with three singles. Gavin Mauzy and Blake Wasson each had two hits with Mauzy belting a double.

Fort Ashby (2-3) plays Chestnut Ridge on Wednesday at Memorial Field beginning at 5:30 p.m. Madigan’s (2-2) hosts the Frostburg Legion later that evening at 7 p.m. at Broadford Park.


KEYSER, W.Va. — Nick Dolly of the Keyser VFW was mistakenly referred to as Nick Donnelly in Friday’s Hot Stove Roundup.
