Hite outlasts Barrelville, 9-7

Morrale’s doubles set tone

BEL AIR — Hunter Morrale delivered a pair of doubles for Hite Roofing during a 9-7 win over Barrelville Outdoor Club Monday in Rec Baseball action at Bel Air Field.

Hite scored in each inning but the sixth, tallying one run in each of the first two innings, the fourth and the fifth innings, and scoring five times in the third.

Besides Morrale’s two doubles, Ryan Murphy gave his team a douvle and a single, Taylor Rice and Michael Barton had two singles each and Ryan Keifer hit a double.

For Barrelville, Pat Kimble and Schrock collected a couple of singles apiece, while Corey Shroyer, Smith and Horner all added a double.

Hite improves to 3-8 with the win and stays at home to play Cumberland Moose on Thursday.
