Cathy E. (Algieri) and Randy Cooper Leggs, a daughter, Skylyr Elizabeth, April 17, 2009, at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore. Maternal grandparents are Carol B. Whisner, Paw Paw, W.Va., and Charles W. “Bill” Algieri, Carpendale, W.Va. Paternal grandparents are the late Randy and Michelle Leggs. Maternal great-grandparents are Juanita Whisner, Cumberland, and the late Carl W. Whisner and the late Patsy and Eleanora Algieri. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Elmer and Kathleen (LeCates) Leggs.
