Paternal grandparents are Larry Melvin Whitacre Jr. and Judy Whitacre, Cumberland, and Robin Krisann Sturtz and Elizabeth Weaver, Cumberland. Paternal great-grandparents are Larry Melvin Whitacre and Bonnie Whitacre, Bedford, Pa; Yvonne M. Strutz; and the late Herbert “Chris” Sturtz, Ellerslie. Maternal grandmother is Kathy Taylor, Jacksonville, Fla. Maternal great-grandparents are Jack Hudson, Eckhart, and Sandra McGee, Cumberland.
