Energy Assistance

The program is designed to assist low-income households with heating and electricity costs.

Program contributions are increasingly important as fuel prices continue to rise.

Those wishing to contribute may send their donations to HRDC's Office of Home Energy Program, 19 Frederick St., Cumberland, MD 21502.
