Dawnview honor

Cynthia Wagoner, administrator of Dawnview Center, Fort Ashby, W.Va., left, presents Tosha Jones a plaque on which her name has been added as Employee of the Year. Jones has worked as a receptionist at the facility for five years. She also assists the activities department and regularly brings her church's youth group to the center for singing, games and other activities. Jones was selected by her peers for her giving attitude and strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life of the Dawnview Center residents. She also received a cash gift.
