Deanna Bailey, owner of ADAC (Alternative Drug & Alcohol Counseling) of Allegany County poses outside the center with Jay Cutler, director. Bailey, a 1977 graduate of Allegany Community College, has more than 30 years in the addictions field and a successful state-licensed program in Hagerstown. Cutler is a former addictions program director in Dorchester County. As a state-certified drug and alcohol addiction counselor, he can perform comprehensive evaulations, lead treatment groups, individual and couples counseling and educational programs. Bailey also offers Department of Transportation evaluations and supports employers with urinalysis testing for their workers. Her training in compulsive gambling has led to her pending licensure as a national compulsive gambling counselor. None/ (Click for larger image)
