KEYSER, W.Va. — Rent-A-Center Manager Les Beckman is glad to be back in the Keyser community after serving rent-to-own customers in Ohio for nearly 20 years.
“I am excited to return to my local community with Rent-A-Center to provide a better quality of life with our expansive product line, flexible payment plans and top-notch customer service,” said Beckman, a Swanton, Md., native. Most recently a store manager in Warren, Ohio, Beckman opened the Keyser store in early September.
“From computers for school and personal use to furniture that offers comfort, style and charm, we are going to help people find what they need and a payment option that works for them,” Beckman said. The new store is located at 196 Tornado Way in Keyser. The 4,200 square-foot showroom features high-quality furniture, appliances, electronics and computers from brands such as Ashley, Serta, HP, Sony and Whirlpool.
To show its appreciation for being welcomed to the Keyser area, Rent-A-Center is contributing a $1,000 grant to the Burlington Children’s Home and a $500 grant and a new TV to the New Creek Volunteer Fire Department’s recreation room.
The Keyser store is the 36th Rent-A-Center in West Virginia. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. All Rent-A-Center stores are closed on Sundays.
