Siblings James and Brianna Barnes, Frostburg, make refrigerator magnets during a Fall Fest Sunday evening sponsored by University Neighbors, an association of resident and property owners in neighborhoods adjacent to the Frostburg State University campus. The group sponsors the event annually as a way of bringing together local residents and university students, particularly those who live off campus. The event was held at the Frostburg Museum.
