OLDTOWN - James Russell "Jim" Whisner, 51, of Oldtown, died Monday, June 2, 2008.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m.

SYKESVILLE - William T. Bartlett, 79, of Sykesville, died Saturday, May 31, 2008.

A private graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.

AVON PARK, Fla. - The Rev. Gloria Ruth Files, 83, of Avon Park, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007.

While the funeral service was held on Nov. 23, 2007, in Florida, there will be a memorial service for family and friends on June 21, 2008, at 11 a.m. in the Snyder Bible Chapel on Route 9 West, Morgan County, W.Va.



JAMES D. REYNOLDS

HAMPTON, Va. - Lt. Col. James Douglas Reynolds (USAF Ret.), 75, of Hampton, died Saturday, May 31, 2008.

A Mass will be celebrated in 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 512 Buckroe Ave., Hampton.

Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery on Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, at 11 a.m.



GLADYS S. NEFF

INWOOD, W.Va. - Gladys See Neff, 97, of Inwood, died Tuesday, June 3, 2008.

Friends may call at Brown Funeral Home's South Berkeley Chapel, Inwood, Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fraley Funeral Home, Moorefield, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield.

FRANKLIN, W.Va. - William McCoy Jr., 87, of Franklin, died Monday, June 2, 2008.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Basagic Funeral Home, Franklin.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Franklin Presbyterian Church.

Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

FROSTBURG - Mary Elizabeth Winebrenner, 83, of Frostburg, died Monday, June 2, 2008.

Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, P.A., on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 2 p.m.

Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.



SISTER JANE TERESA

CATONSVILLE - Sister Jane Teresa (Williams), of All Saints Episcopal Convent, Catonsville, died Saturday, May 28, 2008.

Services were held May 31 at All Saints Convent. She was buried in the Sister's Burial Ground.

LONACONING - Margaret "Peg" Stafford, 90, of Lonaconing, died Tuesday, June 3, 2008.

Friends will be received at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home P.A., 8 E. Main St., Lonaconing, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.

A funeral service will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Thomas Morgan officiating.

Interment will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale.
