FRONT ROYAL, Va. - Kylee Rae Neely, 2, of Front Royal, died Sunday at the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Friends will be received at the Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home, Front Royal, on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 1 p.m.

OAKLAND - Charles O. Morris, 92, died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Collington Life Care Community.

Memorial services will be held at Collington Episcopal Life Care Community, 10450 Lottsford Rd., Mitchellville, on July 12, 2008 at 3 p.m.

HAGERSTOWN - Thelma M. Troutman, 94, of Hagerstown, died Wednesday at Julia Manor Nursing Home.

Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Friday from 11 a.m. to noon.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at noon.

AUGUSTA, W.Va. - Chester Wilson Timbrook, 71, of Augusta, died Tuesday at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.

Friends will be received at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 2 p.m.
