FREDERICK — Mrs. Helen E. Doyle, 84, of Frederick, died Friday, June 26, 2009.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. Route 15 N., Frederick.

Inurnment will follow the service in the Veterans Gardens of Honor II at Resthaven.



SARAH R. LEWIS

OLDTOWN — Sarah Rachel Lewis, 84, of Oldtown, died Saturday, June 27, 2009.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Bethel Assembly of God Church, Oldtown.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday in the Bethel Assembly of God Church, Oldtown.

Burial will be at the Branch Mountain Cemetery, Three Churches.



ROBERT V. YOUNG

CUMBERLAND — Robert Vernon Young, 71, of Cumberland, died Saturday, June 27, 2009.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Interment will be in the Maryland State Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap.



CHARLES E. “ED” GEORGE

RAWLINGS — Charles Edward “Ed” George, 93, of Rawlings, died Saturday, June 27, 2009.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the Trinity Lutheran Church on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.

Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

CABINS, W.Va. — Dana Garth Reed, 55, of Cabins, W.Va., died Sunday, June 28, 2009.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Basagic Funeral Home, Petersburg, W.Va.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of the Basagic Funeral Home, Petersburg, W.Va.

Interment will be in Maysville Cemetery, Maysville.



VIRGINIA B. CONNOR

CUMBERLAND — Virginia B. Connor, 86, of Cumberland, formerly of Lonaconing, died Saturday, June 27, 2009.

Born Sept. 2, 1922, in Lonaconing, she was the daughter of the late Wilson L. Bradley and Eva (McCormick) Bradley.

At her request, she was cremated.

Family and friends will be received at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Lonaconing, on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A memorial service will be held at the church following the receiving of family and friends at 1 p.m.

Inurnment will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg.
