OAKLAND - Chief Warrant Officer James A. Pendergast, of Oakland, died Wednesday at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.

Friends will be received at the Stewart Funeral Home, 32 S. Second St., Oakland, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m.

HAGERSTOWN - James Howard Roby, 89, of Hagerstown, formerly of Cumberland, died, Tuesday at Washington County Hospital.

Friends will be received at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 10 a.m.

FRIENDSVILLE - Geraldine Louise Driscoll, 85, of Friendsville, died Tuesday at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.

Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 943 Second Ave., Friendsville, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from noon to 2 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 2 p.m.

LAKE WORTH, Texas - Hugh D. "Danny"" McVeigh, 69, of Lake Worth, died Tuesday.
