SEMINOLE, Fla. - Catherine M. (Seling) Hel-miniak, 95, of Seminole, died Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
Friends will be received at Cvach-Rosedale Funeral Home, 1211 Chesaco Ave., Baltimore, on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Clements Catholic Church, Baltimore, on Monday at 9:30 p.m.
Interment will be in the Gardens of Faith Cemetery, Baltimore.

MELVIN A. OATES
EDGEMERE - Melvin Allen Oates, of Edgemere, died on Saturday, July 5, 2008.
A service will be held on July 13, 2008, at 1 p.m. at Nethken Hill in his hometown of Elk Garden, W.Va.

NANCY STAKEM
FROSTBURG - Nancy Stakem, 52, of Frostburg, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Michael's Church, Frostburg, on Monday at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church, one hour prior to the funeral Mass.
Interment of the cremated remains will be in Saint Joseph's Cemetery, Midland.

THOMAS J. BOYES JR.
COPLEY, Ohio -Thomas J. Boyes Jr., 93, of Doylestown, and formerly of Frostburg, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008.
The family requested no viewing or services.
Interment was in the Frostburg Memorial Park.
The Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, is in charge of the local arrangements.

RICHARD M. DELAWDER
OLDTOWN - Richard Mason Delawder, 82, of Oldtown, died Thursday, July 10, 2008.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Oldtown Assembly of God Church on Saturday at 1 p.m.
Interment will be in Camp Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw.

VIRGINIA PLUMMER
FROSTBURG - Virginia Plummer, 90, of Frostburg, died Thursday, July 10, 2008.
Arrangements are being handled by Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, 1302 National Hwy., LaVale, and are incomplete at this time.

SCOTT A. RIGGLEMAN
KEYSER, W.Va. - Scott Alan Riggleman, 38, of Keyser, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Monday at 11 a.m.
Interment will be in the Cabin Run Cemetery, Keyser.

HARRY T. "TOM" CHESHIRE
FORT ASHBY, W.Va. - Harry Thomas "Tom" Cheshire, 68, of Fort Ashby, died Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, Inc., Route 28, Fort Ashby, on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Hickman officiating.
As per his wishes, Cheshire donated his body to the West Virginia Human Gift Registry for Medical Research.
