CUMBERLAND - David "Hip" Allen Frame, 47, of Cumberland, died Monday, July 14, 2008.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday at 10 a.m.



THEODORE W. "THEO" FISHER

PIEDMONT, W.Va. - Theodore W. "Theo" Fisher, 76, of Piedmont, died Monday, July 14, 2008.

The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 2 p.m.

Interment will be in Waldon Cemetery, Westernport.



CHARLES D. BREIGHNER

OLDTOWN - Charles Daniel Breighner, 59, of Oldtown, died Monday, July 14, 2008.

At his request, his body was donated to the Maryland Anatomy Board.

A memorial service is being planned, and friends and family will be contacted.

LUKE - David Paul Brandlen, 54, of Luke, died Monday, July 14, 2008.

The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, W.Va.



EDWARD "JACK" A. MCKENZIE

CULPEPER, Va. - Edward "Jack" Arthur McKenzie, 60, of Culpeper, died Sunday, July 13, 2008.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Canaan Baptist Church, 14494 Shanktown Road, Reva, Va.

An additional memorial service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, 1302 National Highway, LaVale.



RALPH J. WHITEMAN

FORT ASHBY, W.Va. - Ralph Jennings Whiteman, 78, of Fort Ashby, died Monday, July 14, 2008.

Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, Inc., Route 28, Fort Ashby, on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.

The funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in Fort Ashby Cemetery.

RIDGELEY, W.Va. - Robert J. Ellifritz, 88, of Ridgeley, died Monday, July 14, 2008.

The funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in the Lahmansville Cemetery.
