BALTIMORE — Charles F. “Sonny” Robinette, 76, of Baltimore, formerly of Cumberland, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008.

Family members and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulpher Spring Road, Arbutus, on Monday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.

KEYSER, W.Va. — Lily K. Smith, 83, of Keyser, W.Va., died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008.

Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in the Cabin Run Cemetery, Keyser.



NORMA J. WARNICK

BARTON — Norma Jean (Skidmore) Warnick, 72, of Barton, died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008.

Friends will be received at Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton, on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Boal Memorial Chapel on Monday at 1 p.m.

Internment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.



TONYA J. YANTZ

CUMBERLAND — Tonya Jean (Broadwater) Yantz, 34, of Cumberland, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008.

Friends will be received at the home of her parents, Gary and Virginia Broadwater, Accident, on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at her parents residence.

Interment will be in the family cemetery.

Newman Funeral Homes P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, is assisting the family.



THOMAS E. “WOODY” SAVAGE

OAKLAND — Thomas Elwood “Woody” Savage, 78, of Oakland, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008.

At Mr. Savage’s request, his body was cremated.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements were handled by Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 26722 Garrett Hwy., Accident (McHenry).

SLANESVILLE, W.Va. — Mary L. Portmess, 94, of Slanesville, W.Va., died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008.

Friends will be received at the Giffin Funeral Home, Capon Bridge, on Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m.

Services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home.

Interment will be in Mount Union Cemetery.
