PATTERSON CREEK, W.Va. — Marvin Glenn Logsdon, 82, of Patterson Creek, died Monday at the Winchester Medical Center.

Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, Inc., Route 28, Fort Ashby, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church Thursday at 11 a.m.



NELLIE V. DICKEN

LEWISTOWN, Pa. — Nellie V. Dicken, 88, of Sand Rock Road, Lewistown, died Thursday in Lewistown.

Services were conducted at The Barr Funeral Home, Inc., 120 Logan St., Lewistown, Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009.



JOHN “JACK” M. SHRIVER

HAGERSTOWN — John “Jack” Milton Shriver, 86, of Hagerstown, died Monday in Hagerstown.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

TAMPA, Fla. — Thomas Blauch, 78, of Tampa, formerly of Short Gap, W.Va., died Sunday.

There will be no visitation.

His body will be cremated.

CUMBERLAND — Charles “Buck” Franklin Jones, 87, of Cumberland, died Monday at the Lions Center for Rehabilitation and Extended Care.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m.

Services will follow at 1 p.m.

FISHER, W.Va. — Gene-vieve (Crites) Sherman, 78, of Fisher, died Monday at Grant Memorial Hospital, Petersburg.

Friends will be received at the Elmore Funeral Home, Moorefield, Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the Rig Assembly of God Church Thursday at 11 a.m.
