SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Francis R. Light, 80, of San Diego, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009.
A memorial celebration will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 4761 Cass St., San Diego, Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, at 11 a.m.
EVELYN BEAN
BAKER, W.Va. — Evelyn (Tusing) Bean, 88, of Baker, died Friday at E.A. Hawse Nursing and Rehab Center, Baker.
Friends will be received at the McKee Funeral Home, Baker, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Services will be conducted there Wednesday at 1 p.m.

FROSTBURG — Dawn “Vickie” Marie (VanPelt) Allen, 43, of Frostburg, formerly of Rawlings, died Saturday at her residence.
Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cresaptown, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete at this time.

LONACONING — George “Bill” William Hartman, 62, of Lonaconing, died Friday at his residence.
Private services will be held at a later date.
The Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing, assisted the family.

KEYSER, W.Va. — Ruth Ann Ward, 59, of Route 1, Headsville Road, Keyser, died Friday at her residence.
Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Fountain United Brethren in Christ Church Tuesday at 2 p.m.
LOUIS AND FRANCIS BRADLEY
FROSTBURG — Louis and Francis Bradley, infant twins, of Frostburg, died Friday at Memorial Hospital.
Private graveside services will be held at Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Frostburg, at a later date.
The Durst Funeral Home, P.A., Frostburg, is in charge of arrangements.
