MEYERSDALE, Pa. — Lois Lou Kline, 74, of Meyersdale, died Wednesday at Somerset Hospice House, Somerset.

Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Home, Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted there Monday at 11 a.m.



RUTH PRESSMAN

FROSTBURG — Ruth (Spangler) Pressman, 81, of Frostburg, died  Wednesday at WMHS-Frostburg Nursing & Rehab Center.

Friends will be received at God’s Ark of Safety Church, Cherry Lane, Frostburg, Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

A memorial service will follow at noon.



RONALD K. WILEY

KEYSER, W.Va. — Ronald K. Wiley, 74, a resident of Heartland of Keyser, formerly of 95 Maryland St., Keyser, died Thursday at Braddock Hospital, Cumberland, Md.

Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser, Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted there Saturday at 11 a.m.

MOUNT SAVAGE — Thadius Duckworth, 11, of Mount Savage, died Wednesday as a result of an automobile accident.

Friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, P.A., Frostburg, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

MOUNT SAVAGE — Mandy May, 31, of Mount Savage, died Wednesday as a result of an automobile accident.

Friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, P.A., Frostburg, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.



MARTHA L. BLACKBURN

KEYSER, W.Va. — Martha Lee (Kight) Blackburn, 81, of Keyser, died Thursday at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.

A memorial service will be held at the Burlington Union Church Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

The Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser, is in charge of arrangements.

OAKLAND — Stephen Allen “Friction” Murray, 52, of Oakland, died Wednesday in Oakland.

Friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the Fairview Brethren Church Monday at 11 a.m.

MOUNT SAVAGE — Tana Lynn Davis, 31, of Mount Savage, died Wednesday as a result of an automobile accident.

A memorial service will be held at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, Saturday at 1 p.m.



DORIS A. KOCHEVER

TOPEKA, Kan. — Doris Ann (Lilya) Kochever, of Topeka, died Monday at the Hospice House.

Celebration of life services were held at First Baptist Church Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009.



FRANCES GLOVER

FRANKLIN, W.Va. —  Frances (Crigler) Glover, 88, of Franklin, died Wednesday at the Grant County Nursing Home, Petersburg.

Friends will be received at the Kimble Funeral Home, Franklin, Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Services will be conducted there Saturday at 2:30 p.m.

FROSTBURG — Michele Ann Cotton, 43, of New York, formerly of Frostburg, died Wednesday in Frostburg.

Durst Funeral Home, P.A., is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete at this time.

YELLOW SPRING, W.Va. — Katherine L. Brill, 83, of Yellow Spring, died Wednesday at E.A. Hawse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Baker.

Friends will be received at the Giffin Funeral Home, Capon Bridge, Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the Timber Ridge United Church of Christ, High View, Sunday at 3 p.m.



GARLAND K. CUNNINGHAM

WINCHESTER, Va. — Garland K. Cunningham, 62, of Winchester, died Wednesday at the Winchester Medical Center.

Friends will be received at the Giffin Funeral Home, Capon Bridge, Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.

Services will follow at 11 a.m.



ELDEN E. “BUTCH” SWEITZER

CUMBERLAND — Elden E. “Butch” Sweitzer, 65, of Cumberland, died Wednesday at The Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

His body will be cremated.

There will be no services.

Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, is in charge of arrangements.
