OLDTOWN — Mollie Elaine “Crickett” Amick, 69, of Oldtown, died Monday at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.



JAMES S. BESTPITCH

CUMBERLAND — James Stewart Bestpitch, 62, of Cumberland, died Saturday at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 p.m.

Services will follow at 7 p.m.



VIRGINA M. RIFFLE

CUMBERLAND — Virginia M. Riffle, 75, of Cumberland, died Monday at the Western Maryland Regional Health Center.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, and are incomplete at this time.



HELEN TURLEY

COLLEGE PARK — Helen (Stewart) Turley, 86, of College Park, formerly of Mount Savage, died Thursday.

Friends will be received at Borgwardt Funeral Home, Beltsville, on Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m.

Services will follow at 11 a.m.



CLIFFORD MAUST

SALISBURY, Pa. — Clifford Maust, 77, of Salisbury, died Sunday at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.

Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted in the Springs Mennonite Church on Thursday at 11 a.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.



ROGER K. HASLACKER

SHANKS, W.Va. — Roger Kimpling Haslacker, 59, of Shanks, died Sunday at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.  

No services are planned at this time.

Shaffer Funeral Home, Romney, is in charge of arrangements.

CUMBERLAND — Dorothy Jane Potts, 87, of Cumberland, died Jan. 1, 2014, at Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A committal service will be conducted at the Maryland State Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap on Wednesday at 1 p.m.



PAUL B. GIPE

CUMBERLAND — Paul Bertis Gipe, 94, of Cumberland, died Monday at Allegany Health, Nursing, and Rehabilitation Center.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and  6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church on Thursday at 11 a.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.
