CUMBERLAND — Helen Frances (Lanham) Boyer, 81, of Cumberland, died Monday at Devlin Manor Health Care Center.

Friends will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Friday from 4 to 6 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m.

CATONSVILLE — Esther Delores Bray, 77, of Catonsville, died Monday at Saint Agnes Hospital, Baltimore.

Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Drive, Oakland, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m.

CAPON BRIDGE, W.Va. — Nita Inez Sirbaugh, 89, of Capon Bridge, died  Wednesday at the Winchester Medical Center.

Friends will be received at the Giffin Funeral Home, Capon Bridge, on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m.

PETERSBURG, W.Va. — Betty Regina “Jean” Dove, 86, of Petersburg, died Tuesday.

A “Celebration of Life” service will be held at Saint John’s United Methodist Church on the Franklin Pike, south of Petersburg, on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at 2 p.m.

MIDLAND — Eugene “Buddy” Thrasher, 76, of Thrasher Lane, Midland, died Wednesday.

RICHLAND, Wash. — Gary David Adams, 68, of Richland, formerly of Frostburg, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013.

SHAFT — Thomas F. Alexander, 70, of Shaft, died Tuesday at his home.
