RIDGELEY, W.Va. — Edith “Edie” Regina (Maiers) Mulligan, 84, of Ridgeley, died Saturday at her home.

There will be no services.

ELK GARDEN, W.Va. — Effie Mae Seaman, 75, of Elk Garden, died Friday at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.

Friends will be received at Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the Elk Garden Assemby of God, Elk Garden, on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.

WILLIAM H. MANNS

KEYSER, W.Va. — William H. Manns, 89 of Keyser, died Friday at his home.

There will be no services.

ELIZABETH R. BURLEY

ELLERSLIE  — Elizabeth R. “Betty” (Leonard) Burley of Ellerslie, died Thursday at John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore.

Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home Inc., 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m.

GRANTSVILLE — Carrie Alice Durst, 88, of Grantsville, died Saturday at Goodwill Mennonite Home, Grantsville.

Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m.  

Services will be conducted in the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 a.m.

LOWELL J. MCGUINNESS

PETERSBURG, W.Va. — Lowell J. McGuinness, 70, of Petersburg, died Saturday at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va.

Friends will be received at the Schaeffer Funeral Home, Petersburg, on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
