PETERSBURG, W.Va. — William Peter Kancler, 60, of Petersburg, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at UVA Hospital, Charlottesville, Va.

Graveside services will be held at South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens, Petersburg, on Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Basagic Funeral Home, Petersburg, is in charge of arrangements.

GREEN SPRING, W.Va. — William Webster Fink, 81, of Green Spring, died Wednesday at Dawn View Manor, Fort Ashby.

Friends will be received at the Shaffer Funeral Home on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday at 2 p.m.

MCHENRY — Richard Martin “Rick” Slider Jr., 58, of McHenry, died Thursday.

Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m.  

Services will be conducted at the funeral home chapel on Monday at 10 a.m.

CUMBERLAND — Martha “Marty” Anne Strickler, 58, of Cumberland, died Thursday at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Baptist Church, Greene Street, Cumberland, on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, at 11 a.m.

The Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, is in charge of the arrangements.

WILEY FORD, W.Va. —  Ricky Dean Boner, 62, of Wiley Ford, died Thursday at his home.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.

Services will follow at 4 p.m.

CUMBERLAND — James Wallace Hamilton Jr., 75, of Cumberland, died Friday at his home.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the Friendship Haven Church on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.

CUMBERLAND — Mary Edna Twigg, 88, of Cumberland, died Thursday at Dawn View Nursing Home.

Services will be held at a later date.

FRANKLIN, W.Va. — Jennie Lou (Judy) Hott, 63, of Franklin, died Thursday at her home.

Friends will be received at the Kimble Funeral Home, 80 South Main St., Franklin, on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m.

Services will be conducted at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Franklin, on Monday at 10 a.m.
