Several area students are McDaniel College graduates

WESTMINSTER — Mc-Daniel College awarded more than 440 bachelor’s degrees May 23 at the college’s 139th commencement. Among the local graduates were:

• Sarah Anderson of Mountain Lake Park graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in student design.

• Garrett Raymond Eagan of Cumberland graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in communication.

• Brianna Leigh Persons of Cumberland graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration.

• Scott Thomas Pusateri of Accident graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry.

• Joshua Adam Smith of Frostburg graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting economics and economics and business administration.

• Jennifer F. Lancianese of Ridgeley, W.Va., graduated with a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction.

• Barbara Ann Nibert of Johnstown, Pa., graduated with a master’s degree in administration.
