Turner, McDowell engagement

For the Cumberland Times-News

BOWLING GREEN — Anne Turner of Bowling Green announces the engagement of her daughter, Beth Anne Turner, to Donald Kenneth McDowell II, the son of Ken and Vivian MacDowell and Tom and Carol Kenney, all of Bloomington.

Beth is also the daughter of the late Fred Turner.

Beth is a 2001 graduate of Westmar High School. Beth is employed by Western Maryland Health System.

Kenny is a 2000 graduate of Westmar High. Kenny is employed as a professional firefighter with Prince George’s County Fire Department.

A March 29, 2008 wedding is planned.
