Jones, Fazenbaker engagement

KEYSER, W.Va. — Ron and Helen Jones of Hamlin are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sara Day, to Canon Edward Fazenbaker of Keyser.

Canon is the son of Craig and Jean Fazenbaker of Keyser. He is the grandson of Edward and Cindy Scheermesser of Westernport, and Ruth and Jack Fazenbaker, also of Westernport. He is the great-grandson of Floretta Kelly of Westernport.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Calvary Baptist Academy in Hurricane, a 2004 graduate of West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a 2005 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a master of accountancy degree.

Sara currently resides in Richmond, Va., and is employed by Gregg & Bailey PC.

A 1999 graduate of Keyser High School, the future groom graduated from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in 2005 with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and is currently completing a master of computer science degree at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Canon currently lives in Richmond and is employed by Dominion.

The couple will exchange vows in the presence of family and friends in August 2008.
