Frankenberry, Bittner engagement

— MOUNT SAVAGE — Jill Frankenberry and Dustin Bittner are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Jill is the daughter of Rhonda and Mike Frankenberry, Mount Savage. Dustin is the son of Elizabeth “Betty” and Bryan Bittner, Berlin, Pa.
Jill is currently employed as an administrative specialist for Elk Neck State Park in North East.
Dustin is currently employed by Constar International, Havre de Grace.
A Sept. 13, 2008, wedding is planned at the bride’s parent’s home. A reception will be held the same day at the Mount Savage Fire Hall.
Invitations will be sent.
