Brown, Escalera engagement

— CUMBERLAND — Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Linda Brown are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Kay, to Arthur “Alex” Escalera, son of Arthur and Lynn Escalera and Verlene and Mario Moreno.
Laura is employed by MWR at Fort Hood, Texas.
Alex serves with the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, with the 1-5 CAV.
A June 14, 2008, wedding is planned.
Invitations have been sent.
