Weimer-Rephann engagement

FROSTBURG — Mr. Warren Weimer and Mrs. Sharon Weimer are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Lynn Weimer, to Justin Benjamin Rephann, son of Mr. John Rephann and Mrs. Mary Jane Rephann of Frostburg.

Amber is the granddaughter of the late William Smith and Patsy Smith Rowe, of Frostburg. She also is the granddaughter of Thomas Weimer of Avilton and Rose Marie Weimer of Frostburg.

Justin is the grandson of the late Arthur Windemuth and Betty Windemuth of LaVale. He also is the grandson of William Rephann and the late Jane Rephann of Frostburg.

Miss Weimer is a 2002 graduate of Northern Garrett High School and a 2005 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, with an associate’s degree in nursing. She is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Kaplan University, to be completely July 2008. Amber is employed with Western Maryland Health System as a nurse in the labor and delivery unit.

Justin is a 2000 graduate of Beall High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Maryland, with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently employed at ATK as a process engineer.

An outside ceremony is planned for July 26, 2008, at the Ali Ghan Shrine Club in Cumberland A reception will follow.
