Burke, Queen engagement

FROSTBURG — Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sweitzer of Frostburg are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelli Lynn Burke, to William Todd Queen of Buckhannon, W.Va. Todd is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lowell Queen of Buckhannon.

Kelli is a 1999 graduate of Fort Hill High School and received her associate’s degree in nursing from Allegany College of Maryland in 2003. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from West Virginia University in 2005. In May of 2009, she completed her master’s degree in nursing as a neonatal nurse practitioner. Kelli is employed by University Health Associates and is working at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., as a neonatal nurse practitioner in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Todd is a 1989 graduate of Buckhannon High School. In 1993, Todd graduated from Fairmont State University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic art and design. Todd is currently employed as a service writer at Keystone RV Center in Greencastle, Pa.

The couple is planning a double ring ceremony to be held Aug. 15 at the Living Room Church in Martinsburg, W.Va. Invitations have been sent for the reception to follow at the Holiday Inn, Martinsburg.

The couple is looking forward to sharing this special occasion with their family and close friends.
