Peer, Price vows set

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Together with their parents, Tisa Marie Peer and Stephen John Price are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Tisa is the daughter of Robin and William Peer, as well as Rick Rowe of Ridgeley, W.Va. She is a 1999 graduate of Frankfort High School and a 2004 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, with an associate’s degree in nursing. She is currently employed as a registered nurse at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in the cardiac unit.

Stephen is the son of Gary Price, Akron, Ohio, and the late Kathleen Price. He is a 1996 graduate of Frankfort High School. He is a chief petty officer in the United States Navy, an Iraq war veteran and the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal. He is currently stationed at Center for Personal and Professional Development where he instructs enlisted personnel in leadership concepts.

The couple resides in Virginia Beach.

Two hearts will become one on Sept. 13, 2008 at Central Assembly of God, 2020 Bedford St., Cumberland, Md., at 1 p.m.

Invitations have been sent, however, family and friends are welcome to attend.

There will be a reception following at 3 p.m. at the Ridgeley Fire Hall.
