Warnick, Logsdon engagement

FORT ASHBY, W.VA-Together with their parents, Shala Reneé Warnick and Matthew Brandon Logsdon would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Shala is the daughter of Tina and Rusty Warnick of Cumberland. She is the granddaughter of Harry and Eileen Hitchins, both of Cumberland, the late Russell “Bunk” and Betty Warnick, Cumberland, and Ruby “Skip” Mauzy and the late Dick Mauzy, Cumberland. Shala is the great-granddaughter of the late, very special, Violet “Mom-Mom” Pyles.
Matthew is the son of Philomena and William Zapf, Cumberland, and Steve and Leslie Logsdon of LaVale. He is the grandson of James and Pauline Arnone, Frostburg, and the late Harold and Elizabeth Logsdon.
Shala is a 2003 graduate of Allegany High School, a 2005 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland and a 2008 graduate of Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s of fine art degree in art and design with a concentration in painting and a minor in art history. She is currently employed as a teacher associate at Head Start.
Matthew is a 2001 graduate of Allegany High School and a 2005 graduate of Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics. He is also currently pursuing a master’s degree from Frostburg State University in business administration, and plans to graduate in May 2010. Matt is employed as a cost estimating analyst with Alliant Tech Systems.
A summer 2010 wedding is being planned.
