Jessica Bittner to become bride of David Capps Jr.

LAVALE — Mr. and Mrs. David E. Bittner of LaVale are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Elizabeth Bittner, to David James Capps Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. David James Capps and Ms. Jo Ellen Coates Capps of Lynchburg, Va.

Jessica is a 2001 graduate of Allegany High School and a 2005 graduate of Towson University. She is employed at Total Wine & More as a supply chain specialist.

Jim is a 1999 graduate of E. C. Glass High School, a 2003 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a 2006 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is employed at Marriott International as a regional sales manager.

The wedding will take place Oct. 18, 2008, at Deep Creek Lake, McHenry. Invitations have been sent.
