‘Merry Wives of Windsor’ free Tuesday night

The Allegany Arts Council, with financial support from Columbia Gas of Maryland, and in cooperation with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort and Allegany County Tourism, will present Shakespeare at the Gap on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Shakespeare at the Gap is a free public performance of William Shakespeare’s “The Merry Wives of Windsor” performed outdoors at the Rocky Gap Amphitheatre by the Maryland Shakespeare Festival act-ors from Frederick.

Those attending should bring your own lawn seating. Refreshments will be available for purchase on-site.
