William “A. Billy” Keplinger Jr. [Shinnston]

SHINNSTON, W.Va. — William “Billy” Arnold Keplinger Jr. 26 of Shinnston, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009.
Born Oct. 12, 1983 in Fairmont, W.Va., he was the son of William Sr., and July L. (Simon) Keplinger of Fairmont.
Bill was Baptist by faith, loved hunting, fishing and four wheeling.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Willie E. and Viola L. Didawick; his aunt, Rosemary Didawick; maternal grandfathers, Ray C. Elliott and Eddie L. Hoye.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are his maternal grandmother, Catherine Hoye of Mountain Lake Park, Md.; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer (Beckie) and George Todd of Worthington, W.Va., Jody and Robert Veith of Shinnston, Judy and John Reel of Fairmont; four nieces Kassie Todd, Cheyenne and Chloe Keplinger and Bryanna Reel; fiancé, Portia Gorby of Shinnston; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland, Md., on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009 at Mountain Lake Independent Baptist Church with the Pastor Dennis Leatherman officiating.
Interment will follow in Kalbaugh Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of memorial donations, in his name, to the funeral home for his burial fund.
