No. 3 Moorefield whips Tucker County, 13-0

MOOREFIELD, W.Va. - Trevor Sites and Ethan Reynolds combined for six hits and Josh Stickley fired a five-inning shutout as Moorefield overpowered Tucker County Wednesday evening.

Moorefield (12-3) scored in every inning and finished with 13 hits. Sites was 3-for-4 with a double, two singles and three RBIs, while Reynolds went 3-for-4 with three singles, three runs scored and one RBI for the Yellow Jackets.

Stickley aided his cause by pounding out a double and single and knocking in two runs.

On the mound, Stickley allowed just a fourth-inning single while striking out eight and walking three.

Moorefield hosts Frankfort tonight at 6 o'clock.
