Fort Ashby Intermediate School third-grader Reuben Cottrill, left, shapes a face in a pumpkin Wednesday afternoon as Frankfort High School freshman Dustin Bradshaw helps hold it on the playground of the school in Fort Ashby. Students carved jack-o’-lanterns out of 265 pumpkins purchased by the school’s PTO. Each student took home his creation. Frankfort High School Honor Society students also volunteered to help students scoop and carve.
