Sindy sparks Bill Miller to season-opening win

— ELLERSLIE - Cody Sindy finished 3-for-4 with three runs batted in and tossed a complete game three-hitter in leading Bill Miller Equipment to a 11-2 win over Frostburg First United.
Sindy finished with 10 strikeouts in seven innings, and had three singles to drive in his three runs. Chris Ranker and Jordan Wilson had doubles for Bill Miller, which scored five runs in the first inning and led 7-0 after two.
Bill Miller (1-0) plays at Salisbury on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
