Barney's Drywall tops KMK Insurance, 14-10

LAVALE - Barney's Drywall scored eight runs over the first two innings, then survived a late rush from KMK Insurance at Lions Field.

Darrell Lavin collected two hits, and Mike Crabtree had a three-run double for Barney's. Nelson Raines scored four runs.

Brady Ellsworth and Drew Porter had two hits for KMK.

Flintstone took a 14-7 lead into the bottom of the seventh, and survived a scare when KMK score three times before being retired.

Barney's (2-0) plays Hobo's Restaurant on Monday in Hyndman.
