Ritenour, Brobst area's best

Fred Ritenour led area bowlers for the week scoring 738/279 at White Oak Lanes. Mike Brobst was next highest, rolling a big 289 game and 725 set.
Gary Barie and Clay Corbin had the top scores at Wilson Lanes - Barie rolled 733/279 and Corbin scored 733/255.
Rich Schwinabart bowled 725/278 for the high at The Bowler. Israel Sibley followed, posting 720/259.
At Par-Matt Lanes, Jeff Meyers scored717/257 for that center's high for the week. Larry Wilt was next highest, rolling 645/235.
Jeremiah Howsare bowled 658/231 for the high at Sherwood. Ross Metz was next, rolling 651/247.
Rob Riggleman scored 629/234 for the week's high at Rainbow Lanes.
In the PBA Experience League at White Oaks, Chad Gable was highest, bowling 653/235. Mike Sipple's 616/236 and Joe Mullenax's 604/214 followed.
Vivian Helsley scored 638/231 at The Bowler and was the area's top lady bowler for the week. Stephanie Edwards was next, rolling 631/237.
Alice Monahan rolled the Sherwood ladies' high, scoring 616/245. Anna Combs scored 509/195.
Autumn Gable's 585/213 was the ladies' high at White Oak Lanes. Ryan Drupp followed, scoring 528/181.
Nancy Glotfelty rolled the ladies high for the week at Par-Matt Lanes. Michele Harman's 521/200 was next.
Sally Suter and Lou Dille were Rainbow's top lady bowlers, scoring 561/194 and 551/222 respectively.
Julie Greene's 531/188 was highest of the Wilson Lanes ladies. Kim Hannas followed, rolling 505/188.
Ray Foster was the area's top senior for the week, bowling 648/246 at The Bowler. Bill Smith III rolled 580/208 at Rainbow Lanes and senior Dick Gallagher bowled 559/204 at Par-Matt Lanes.
Jeremy Hardesty scored 623/235 at The Bowler and was the top youth bowler in the local area. Megan Kyle rolled 618/238, also at The Bowler. Aaron Sites bowled 618/223 for the youth high at White Oaks. Amanda Greene rolled 597/235 at Wilson Lanes. Wade Robinson rolled 549/191 at Sherwood Lanes. Ryan Kroll's 524/181 was Par-Matt's top youth and at Rainbow, Michael Bane, youth bowler, rolled 486/171.
The Regional Pepsi Tournament was held at South Branch Potomac Lanes in Moorefield, W.Va. last Saturday and Sunday. The tournament had 138 youth bowlers and the following list are the first- and second-place winners in each class:
Boys Handicap, 12 and up, Justin Boyer, Wilson Lanes and Nick Frost, White Oak Lanes; Girls Handicap, 12 and up, Sarah Liller, South Branch Lanes and Sarah Keefer, Berkeley Springs; Girls Handicap, 11 and under, Emily Lowery, The Bowler and Kenzie McCauley, Par-Matt; Boys Handicap, 11 and under, Dylan Lewis, Par-Matt, and Seth Buckbee, The Bowler; Girls Scratch, Megan Kyle, The Bowler, and Amanda Greene Wilson Lanes; and Boys Scratch, Shawn Bennett, Par-Matt, and Jeremy Hardesty, The Bowler.
Justin Boyer had a high-game scratch of 290 and a handicap set of 703.
