The bowling association's annual meeting is May 20

The 2007-2008 bowling season has ended in several leagues and discussions about summer plans, next season, awards dinners, etc. are also happening. The annual USBC association meeting is scheduled for May 20 at White Oak Lanes in Cumberland starting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting is open to all USBC members and all member leagues should have a representative attending.

Bob Greene's 764/279 at Wilson Lanes was the area's top score for the week. Clay Corbin was next highest at that center rolling 749/265.

Tim Yutzy scored 755/259 for the high at The Bowler. Dave Yates was next rolling 738/279. Darren Durbin bowled a 289 game in his 735 set.

At White Oak Lanes, Tom Fairgrieve's 740/254 was highest for the week. Jeremiah Howsare was next rolling 722/267.

John Leptic Jr. bowled 675/278 for the Sherwood high followed by Butch Young's 660/258.

Rick Kroll rolled 624/234 for the high mark at Rainbow Lanes. Rodney Helsley was next scoring 600/204.

Par-Matt Lanes had only one league left to complete their season. The Sunday Night Mixed League's Larry Rechart rolled a 570 set for their high.

The PBA Experience League at White Oaks reports that Joe Mullenax was highest for the week bowling 641/255. Derek Yates and Mike Brobst were next scoring 629/222 and 610/238, respectively.

Missy Yates bowled 645/249 at The Bowler for the area's top ladies' score for the week. Dawn House was next rolling 612/225.

Dee Self and Lou Dille were the top ladies at Rainbow Lanes. Self rolled 586/212 and Dille scored 578/195.

Bevie Warnick bowled 568/197 for the ladies' high at White Oak Lanes. Mandi Wageley was next scoring 542/201.

Kim Hannas rolled 533/190 at Wilson Lanes. Nancy Glotfelty's 529/188 was the ladies' high at Par-Matt and Alice Monahan rolled 509/180 at Sherwood Lanes.

Glenn Bell was the area's top senior for the week bowling 638/226 at The Bowler. Owen Stanley rolled 578/214 at Rainbow Lanes and Brad Deter scored 512/189 at White Oak Lanes.

Justin Smith bowled 656/226 at The Bowler and was the area's top youth bowler for the week. Seth Friend, at that same center, rolled 654/251. Aaron Sites scored 598/216 at White Oaks and Andrew Judy rolled 529/205 at Rainbow Lanes.
