— FROSTBURG — The program scheduled at Frostburg State University today at 6 p.m. has been canceled due to the speaker being unavailable.

FSU’s African-American Studies Program planned to present “Liberty to Them Is as Sweet as It Is to Me: Slave Life in Allegany County, 1789-1864,” a presentation by retired history professor and former FSU provost Constance McGovern.
