FROSTBURG — Due to the prediction for a winter storm, the city of Frostburg has postponed Wednesday garbage collection until Monday.
The Alley 24 public meeting set for Wednesday has been postponed until March 27 at 5 p.m. in the Lyric Theater on Main Street.
