Police looking for 16 city fugitives

— CUMBERLAND — The Cumberland Police Department will be conducting an Operation Safe Streets Initiative beginning Monday and running through Friday.

In an effort to reduce a backlog of arrest warrants, police are asking for the public’s help in locating the following 16 individuals they hope to apprehend during Operation Takedown V.

Anyone with information is urged to call police at 301-777-1600. All of the following individuals with warrants are listed as residents of Cumberland, according to police:

• Mark Anthony Twigg, 50, failure to appear for trespassing.

• Joseph W. Laslo, 44, failure to appear for second-degree assault.

• Charles K.J. Perkins, 23, failure to appear warrant for CDS violation.

• Tiffany C. Woodall, 32, violation of probation warrant.

• Melinda S. Buker, 23, violation of probation warrant.

• Cassandra K. Porter, 31, failure to appear for traffic related offenses.

• Marygrace K. Bernier, 19, violation of probation warrant.

• Joseph K. Spangler, 49, failure to appear for second-degree assault.

• Todd W. Robey, 38, bad chacks warrant.

• Kassie L. Miller, 25, violation of probation.

• Daniel R. Izat, 37, violation of probation.

• Louis F. Passano, 45, violation of probation warrant.

• Donna L. Minch, 33, violation of probation warrant.

• Barbara S. Flanagan, 35, violation of probation.

• David E. Cooper, 57, violation of probation and failure to appear for trespassing.

• Matthew K. Kidwell, 29, violation of probation and failure to appear driving without required license.
