Judge says it has been a privilege to serve

— It has been my privilege to serve the citizens of Allegany County as a Circuit Court judge and, more recently, the people of Maryland as a judge of the Court of Special Appeals. As a young lawyer, I could not have predicted the opportunity for such service. I look forward, in retirement, to continuing to serve in both the trial and appellate courts.
